Refund Policy
Purchases can be refunded within 15 days. You will either receive store credit or refund back to your credit card used. Items must be in original condition. Seasonal items, sale purchases and food items may not be refunded.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping cost for refunded items send back to Heathered Grey.
