Pure Design Gift Certificates

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pure Design. You may return your merchandise within 30 days from date of receipt for a refund. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging, with ALL original materials (manuals, certificates of authenticity, accessories, packing materials, etc.). If we do request a return, you have an additional 30 days following approval of the return for the item to arrive at its destination. If we provide a return label, it may expire in 30 days, and if you have not returned the item within that generous timeframe, you may be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping yourself. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival. If you are claiming damage of either the item or the shipment, please contact us immediately upon receipt so that we may replace the damaged item and/or pursue a claim with the shipper. We will request images of the damage or defect. Please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. Pure Design MUST be informed within 3 days of delivery of all damaged shipments, or we cannot process a claim.
