At TriSonder Marketing, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel a project or service agreement. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process while compensating our team for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

Cancellation Process

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@trisonder.com with the subject line: "Cancellation Request – [Project Name]."
• The request should include your project details, reason for cancellation, and any relevant documentation.
• Upon receiving your request, we will confirm the cancellation within 15 business days and provide a final invoice based on the terms outlined below.

Payment for Work Completed

• Clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation, including:
  • Time spent on research, strategy, and planning
  • Any content creation, design, or development work already completed
  • Services rendered such as consultations, marketing efforts, or campaign management
  • Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., software, advertising fees)
• Work completed will be invoiced at the rates agreed upon in the service contract.
• Any deposits or retainers paid are non-refundable and will be applied toward completed work.

Cancellation Fees

• If the cancellation occurs before work has started, only the non-refundable deposit will be retained.
• If the cancellation occurs after work has started, the final invoice will reflect the work completed.

Refunds & Credits

• No refunds will be issued for completed work or any prepaid services that have already been rendered.
• If applicable, a credit may be applied toward future projects at TriSonder Marketing's discretion.

Project Pauses vs. Cancellations

• If a client wishes to pause a project instead of canceling, we can discuss a hold agreement where work can resume at a later date without additional fees. However, all completed work must still be paid for before the pause takes effect.

Dispute Resolution

• If a dispute arises regarding the final invoice, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through discussion. If an agreement cannot be reached, mediation or legal action may be pursued.
