PRC of the Valleys

The PRC of the Valleys is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization with a mission to inform and empower individuals facing pregnancy decisions. Additionally, our E3 program is designed to equip, educate, and empower families with hope and resources to imagine a life fulfilled through education, peer support, and material aid support. For 28 years we have had the privilege of serving the communities throughout Steuben and Livingston Counties through our office locations in Bath, Corning, Hornell, and Mt. Morris.  Our agency receives no state or federal funding; therefore, sponsorships and fundraisers keep all of our services free of charge to the people and communities we serve.
